Public Administration, beyond the sporadic changes that have occurred and which we must evaluate independently for each, ten years after the outbreak of the crisis appears devalued, weakened; one could even use the term “disparaged.” None of the positive interventions made can offset the negative burden of all these years, which has had a destructive impact on the professional identity and self-awareness of the officials serving in it.
