Stayroula N. Ktistaki

Stavroula Ktistaki studied at the School of Legal and Economic Sciences of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, where she earned a degree in Law and a degree in Public Law and Political Science. She obtained a DEA in Public Law from the University of Paris I - Pantheon - Sorbonne, where she also completed her doctoral thesis in 1990 on the topic: "L' evolution du controle juridictionnel des motifs de l' acte administratif," receiving the highest distinction. Her doctoral thesis was published by LGDJ, Serie du droit public, with funding from the French Ministry of Education and the University of Paris I. She is an Associate Professor at the Department of Social Administration of Democritus University of Thrace and a Member of the Council of State. She participates in the Postgraduate Program of the Department of Political Science and Public Administration at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She has published studies on topics related to Public Administration and, more broadly, Administrative Science.
