Aikaterini Roxana

Aikaterini Roxana was born in Athens in 1964. She graduated from the Athens Law School in 1987. She completed her studies at the Department of General Administration at the National School of Public Administration in 1991 and at the Department of Administrative Justice at the National School of Judges in 1997. She pursued postgraduate studies at the Department of Political Science and Public Administration at the University of Athens (2004-2005) and at Pantheon-Assas University (Paris II) (2005-2006). She served for five years at the General Secretariat of Public Administration of the Ministry of the Presidency of the Government, focusing on issues related to the employment status of public servants (1991-1995). She was a special rapporteur on the committee for drafting the Civil Service Code (Law 2683/1999). In 1997, she was appointed as a Rapporteur at the Council of State and was promoted to Associate Judge in 2004.
