I’ve finished 5 different creatine supplements recently, so it’s time for a review. In terms of results, I noticed some improvement in strength and endurance, but nothing amazing compared to others I’ve tried. On the plus side, it didn’t cause me any stomach discomfort at all and has a completely neutral taste. It gets 4 stars because it’s solid for the basics, but that’s about it.

I bought the creatine a month ago, and today when I started using it, as soon as I opened the container, it had a very strong plastic smell, as if I were handling factory chemicals. Also, since I’ve bought this particular creatine before, its texture has changed a lot. I’m planning to throw it away..

I also feel like my mouth is constantly dry. I’m generally not good about drinking water, especially in winter. With creatine, I CAN’T avoid drinking water... Otherwise, I feel permanently dehydrated.

Completely satisfied. For anyone who gets tired of flavors, this is just what they need. I dissolve it in half a liter of water.

I don't know exactly how to rate its quality; time will tell, and that's uncertain, but 4 stars because when I opened the lid, the seal was open... That's not good; I hope it won't affect the quality of the supplement or the creatine content in any way.
Edit: 48 days after starting the creatine, I've lost 8 kilos (I also take protein, of course) and have increased the weights on all the machines at the gym. I think it works. It remains at 4 stars because of the seal, although it may have happened due to pressure during shipping and may not have been intentional, since the outer seal was intact.

Pure unflavored monohydrate creatine, without unnecessary additives. It is one of the most tested types of creatine, and this 500 g package is practical for daily use.

Just one clarification about “micronized”: the powder is finer, but it does not dissolve like powder. In water, quite often some of it remains at the bottom, or you may feel it slightly in your mouth, so anyone expecting it to disappear completely in the glass will probably be disappointed. With a shaker and good mixing, it becomes much easier to take.

As a product, though, it does what it should without unnecessary tricks: you get monohydrate creatine in a large package and use it daily. For someone looking for simple creatine without flavors and “magic” ingredients, it is a very sensible choice. Very good solubility and a taste that you can barely notice. How effective it is will become apparent over time, but I suppose it is a creatine like all the others and will have the desired results.

I have been working out regularly for the past 10 years. I had never taken creatine before, only protein as a supplement. In almost two months I noticed a difference both in energy and especially in my body. I have no problem with its taste and I consume it easily with water. Now, if it tastes like chalk as some mention, I can't have an opinion since I have never tried chalk myself.

I noticed a difference in durability and in protection from injuries. I wouldn't be able to increase weight without risking injury.
