I have been working out regularly for the past 10 years. I had never taken creatine before, only protein as a supplement. Αν την κόψεις απότομα θα πέσεις λιγάκι αλλά όχι πολύ, πιο πολύ θα πέσεις οπτικά παρα σε δύναμη.
Δεν υπάρχει όριο ηλικίας στην κερατίνη αλλά αν είστε κάτω από 17 καλό είναι να περιμένετε!
