Matte acrylic paints, water-soluble and specially designed for airbrush. The Model Air color range includes the most complete selection of military colors used in recent history, including colors from World War I and II up to the present. Each color is based on extensive research of existing and previous military references to provide the modeler with maximum historical accuracy. Model Air can be used directly or thinned with Vallejo Airbrush Thinner or Flow Improver. It is recommended to pre-treat the surface and then apply Model Air in several layers. The paints dry very quickly and form a homogeneous color film of exceptional durability, preserving even the tiniest detail of the model. For airbrush use, a compressor pressure of 15 – 20 PSI or 0.5 to 1 kg is recommended. Of course, Model Air can also be applied with a brush. For proper airbrush maintenance, the use of Vallejo Airbrush Cleaner is suggested. Safety: Model Air is non-flammable and contains no solvents. Packaging: Model Air is available in 17 ml dropper bottles. This packaging prevents evaporation and drying of the paint in the container, allowing it to be used in minimal amounts and kept for a long time.
