Κτήμα Βιβλία Χώρα Sole Pinot Noir is a dry red wine with a bright purple colour and aromas of red fruit, with notes of cherry and berry, spices and vanilla. On the palate, it has velvety tannins, good acidity and a long finish. Its production includes pre-fermentation maceration at 6 °C for one week and traditional red winemaking, followed by 12 months of ageing in French oak barrels, during which malolactic fermentation also takes place.
Serve at 16–18 °C. Enjoy young or within the first 10 years of its life.
