Today was the last time I used it... The application was done at the same salon and nothing changed in the composition of the dye, as the color result has remained the same for many years. However, today I couldn't tolerate it on my head at all. It caused burning, stinging, and discomfort from the first 10 minutes. The salon told me that other customers have complained about the same exact reasons and that they have reported it to the company's sales representative, mentioning that something has changed in the composition. I'm very sorry, but they can't play with the composition of a product that has been safe until now.

The color is achieved, it fades relatively quickly, but it doesn't cover white at all, I didn't have many but they remained as they were, I did it during pregnancy for better results, however, when you start the process of dyeing, you want the whites to be covered too!!! I got it to cover some white hairs that I have. While it covered them and they looked like highlights in my hair, unfortunately the result did not last long. After 2 weeks, the white hairs had turned white again throughout their entire length. It's a shame because the shade was exactly natural for me.

My hair is medium brown (not too dark, not too light) but tends to lighten significantly in the sun. The color came out darker than what I wanted and the coverage of the whites was mediocre. Indeed, the smell is not strong and it leaves the hair soft, but what can you do if the color is not okay. Another negative is that there is nowhere to find the developer in a small size, so I had to buy the large size - 1 liter - which now I have left unused, since I probably won't buy it again.

The color is uniform from the root to the ends, even though my hair had highlights before and was blonde at the ends and brown at the root. Absolute coverage of grays. Nice color that doesn't smell and lasts. I would like more conditioning elements in the dye like the classic L'Oréal Majirel dye because if I don't use a mask or apply a conditioning product, my hair is somewhat wild and stiff after dyeing.

Every professional dye needs an experienced (and honest) professional, and this one is not a supermarket product! Its application must be done in a particular way (in one direction at the root), the expected time (35 minutes) must be observed, and of course, it must be mixed with its own emulsion. As for the coverage of whites at the root, a base color is definitely needed, just like in regular dyes, but it is also important to take into account the type and shade of the color that exists in the substrate for it to work and "catch"!
