Sigalas Estate Vinsanto is a naturally sweet white wine from Santorini, made with Aidani and Assyrtiko grapes. The acidity of the Assyrtiko balances the sweetness of the very ripe fruit. It has an orange-gold color with iridescent hues and aromas of caramelized and dried fruit, with a pronounced finish.

It is made from grapes dried in the sun for 10–12 days and aged in old oak barrels for at least 24 months. Serve at 11 °C. It pairs well with strongly flavored cheeses and dried fruit.
