Inzecto Mosquito Trap

The Inzecto Mosquito Trap is an innovative trap for the effective control of mosquitoes. Coated on the inside with three active substances: Pyriproxyfen, Tetramethrin, Permethrin, it attracts and eliminates mosquitoes. It does not require electricity – it works simply with water. It accepts a new Inzecto Chips G ceramic tablet after its lifespan ends, continuing to protect for up to 3 additional months. Replace the tablet every 3 months. It includes a month-of-installation tracking sticker for easy monitoring.

  • Attracts female mosquitoes for egg laying
  • Creates an ideal environment due to humidity and organic materials
  • Eliminates adult mosquitoes that enter
  • Destroys larvae and pupae in the trap water

Only the inside of the trap contains insecticide, so the user and pets do not come into contact with it.

Instructions for Use

  • Open the package and remove the wrapping
  • Place the trap in:
    • Garden
    • Veranda
    • Patio
    • Or hung from a tree
  • Always place in a shaded spot
  • Add approximately 500 ml of tap water
  • Top up with water when needed without moving the trap

Do not leave the trap without water.

Recommendations

  • Place the traps in shaded areas where mosquitoes may hide, rest, or breed.
  • Using 2-4 traps usually provides adequate protection.
  • If mosquitoes persist, more traps or the application of insecticides may be needed.
  • Use them as part of an integrated mosquito management program: emptying water containers, personal repellents, larvicides on water surfaces, residual insecticides, and fogging.

Maintenance Tips

  • Avoid emptying the contents of the trap while it is in use.
  • Live larvae & adults around the trap indicate that it is working.
  • Adult mosquitoes are attracted by the color and odor of the trap. The internal coating contains an insect growth regulator (IGR) that prevents larvae from developing into adults.
