The dry red wine Ktima Glinavos, made from the Vlachiko and Bekari grape varieties, comes from Zitsa and carries the PGI Ioannina designation. The two varieties are vinified in oak vats using traditional red maceration for 12 days. The wine is then aged for two years in French oak barrels.
