The smart band is fantastic! Firstly, on a woman's wrist, it is super elegant. It is also very lightweight. Personally, the plastic did not irritate me at all, etc., and I almost never take it off my wrist. For someone like me who wanted a watch/band but not a bulky one, it is the perfect choice. It is exactly what it says, for basic everyday use. Steps, sleep, heart rate, etc. Easy to use. I didn't want something too complicated anyway. The battery definitely lasts about 10 days, maybe even more depending on the screen brightness, etc.

Very disappointed.
a. It forced me to download a new app (mi fitness) because it CANNOT connect with zepp life, where I have connected the smart band 5 and the my body composition scale 2.
I am completely satisfied with zepp Life for the past 7 years that I have been using it and I do not want to change, given that we are talking about the same company.

b. On mi fitness, my Xiaomi My body Composition 2 scale CANNOT connect, unlike Zepp Life. This means that I will not have my data gathered in one app or I will have to manually update every weighing through other apps.

c. On mi fitness, there is no option to log in via my Facebook account. This forced me to struggle for 2 whole days to manage to register on the new app and I will probably need to have 2 accounts on Xiaomi, which I doubt will work together.

Conclusion: The smart band 10 may be a good device on its own for a user who has no previous experience with Xiaomi bands. But for all of us who have been loyal for so many years to the previous Xiaomi system (huami and Amazfit)... all this is disappointing, sad, and VERY annoying!

If you search, you will find other similar discussions around the world regarding these problems. I am not the only one who is disappointed.

I give one star because there is no zero and I will probably return the band.

Easy installation, wonderful and very clear screen, many apps that you will find useful and without needing to hold your phone or have it near you. There are many positives and I won't tire you with them. However, I will mention some negatives. For me, the rubber strap causes itching and irritation, so I have to take it off from time to time. Also, the strap often comes undone and thirdly, I think the sleep quality tracking is not reliable.

I bought it as a trial to see if it would be worth getting a smartwatch in the future and then to check my sleep and possible exercise. I have never worn a similar device before so I don't know if I can be objective. However, for its price it is definitely fair and has quite a few features. In terms of quality, software, and screen it is 5/5. The battery will show over time. It also brings notifications from the phone such as messages, etc. It could just have an answer call option (in case you are wearing hands free) which it doesn't have. But that's okay. I'll give it 4/5 because personally I feel it doesn't suit me and maybe it's the strap's fault. Maybe it can be changed, or maybe I'll get used to it. We'll see! It's good though, if possible, to try it on at a store first and see it on your hand!
Update 23-4-2026: The strap eventually softened and personally I don't feel the need for a smartwatch. Whatever I want, I measure with this here along with the Mi Fitness app. Fully compatible with my iPhone, so basically zero complaints! You can also change your music on the go and everything is fine!
I'll keep the 4 stars for that answer call feature that stuck in my throat haha!

Very honest and value for money! Coming from the 7, I see that it has improved even more both in terms of UI and exercise measurements (swimming/walking). It doesn't lack anything from the previous versions (since I saw someone complaining about the stopwatch), it has everything, you just need to set from the app which functions you want to see and in what order. And I have nothing to say about the battery, it lasts many days and charges quickly. Yes, if you have everything turned on to measure you all day and night, you can't expect the battery to last forever. With proper settings (measurements during exercise and sleep) it lasts a long time.

If I have something negative to say, it's about the strap, which has come undone at random times without me realizing it, but this is easily solved by changing it (which I do anyway, switching to metal and nylon ones because the original gives me dermatitis).
