Εγω που ας πουμε ήθελα ρολοι/band αλλά όχι γκουμούτσα ειναι η τέλεια επιλογή. Είναι αυτό ακριβώς που λεει,βασικη καθημερινή χρήση. Βηματα, υπνο, καρδιακο ρυθμο κτλ. Ευκολο στη χρήση. Δεν ήθελα κάτι πολυπολοκο όμως ουτως ή άλλως. Η μπαταρία σιγουρα κραταει καμια 10ρια μέρες μπορει κα παραπανω αναλόγως τη φωτεινοτητα της οθονης κτλ.

a. It forced me to download a new app (mi fitness) because it CANNOT connect with zepp life, where I have connected the smart band 5 and the my body composition scale 2.
I am completely satisfied with zepp Life for the past 7 years that I have been using it and I do not want to change, given that we are talking about the same company.
b. On mi fitness, my Xiaomi My body Composition 2 scale CANNOT connect, unlike Zepp Life. This means that I will not have my data gathered in one app or I will have to manually update every weighing through other apps.
c. On mi fitness, there is no option to log in via my Facebook account. This forced me to struggle for 2 whole days to manage to register on the new app and I will probably need to have 2 accounts on Xiaomi, which I doubt will work together.
Conclusion: The smart band 10 may be a good device on its own for a user who has no previous experience with Xiaomi bands. But for all of us who have been loyal for so many years to the previous Xiaomi system (huami and Amazfit)... all this is disappointing, sad, and VERY annoying!
If you search, you will find other similar discussions around the world regarding these problems. I am not the only one who is disappointed.

α. Με υποχρέωσε να κατεβάσω νέα εφαρμογή (mi fitness) γιατί ΔΕΝ ΜΠΟΡΕΙ να συνδεθεί με το zepp life στο οποίο έχω συνδέσει το smart band 5 και την ζυγαριά my body composition scale 2.
Εγώ από το zepp Life είμαι απόλυτα ικανοποιημένος εδώ και 7 χρόνια που το χρησιμοποιώ και δεν θέλω να αλλάξω δεδομένου ότι μιλάμε για την ίδια εταιρεία.
β. Στο mi fitness ΔΕΝ ΜΠΟΡΕΙ να συνδεθεί η ζυγαριά μου της Xiaomi My body Composition 2, σε αντίθεση με το Zepp Life. Αυτό σημαίνει ότι δεν θα έχω τα data μου μαζεμένα σε μια εφαρμογή ή θα πρέπει να κάνω σε κάθε ζύγιση χειροκίνητη ενημέρωση μέσω άλλων εφαρμογών.
γ. Στο mi fitness δεν υπάρχει επιλογή να συνδεθώ μέσω του λογαριασμού μου στο Facebook. Αυτό με ανάγκασε να παιδευομαι 2: ολόκληρες ημέρες για να καταφέρω να εγγραφώ στην νέα εφαρμογή και πιθανότατα θα χρειαστεί να έχω 2 accounts στην Xiaomi, τα οποία αμφιβάλλω ότι θα συνεργαστούν μεταξύ τους.
Συμπέρασμα: Το smart band 10 μπορεί αυτόνομα να είναι μια καλή συσκευή για κάποιον χρήστη που δεν έχει προηγούμενη εμπειρία με τα bands της Xiaomi. Όμως για εμάς όλους που ήμασταν πιστοί εδώ και τόσα χρόνια στο προηγούμενο σύστημα της Xiaomi (huami και Amazfit).... όλο αυτό είναι απογοητευτικό, στενάχωρο και ΠΑΡΑ ΠΟΛΥ εκνευριστικο!
Αν ψάξετε θα βρείτε κι αλλες παρόμοιες συζητήσεις ανά την υφήλιο σχετικά με αυτά τα προβλήματα. Δεν είμαι ο μόνος που απογοητεύτηκα.
Βάζω ένα αστέρι γιατί δεν έχει μηδέν και πιθανότατα θα το επιστρέψω το band.

Measurement Accuracy: For its price, the heart rate measurements are impressively accurate!! Even with oxygen (SpO2) it does very well, coming very close to professional devices, although of course it is not perfect, sometimes with a 1-2 point deviation.. but it will still show you correctly whether you are actually within normal ranges or not (95%-99%)
Ideal for Exercise: Anyone who wants it for running, the gym, or daily heart rate tracking will be completely satisfied. It is a "tool" at this price.
Display - Brightness: Its AMOLED display has excellent responsiveness and is now easily readable even under strong sunlight at the beach.
Battery: Classic Xiaomi "tank", easily lasts 7 days with many features on! so you forget where you left the charger.
Cons:
Sleep Analysis: Here it performs moderately.
App: Mi Fitness has improved a lot, but it still needs work to become as smooth as the competition.

Ακρίβεια Μετρήσεων: Για το κόστος του, οι μετρήσεις καρδιακών παλμών είναι εντυπωσιακά σωστές!!. Ακόμα και στο οξυγόνο (SpO2) τα πάει πολύ καλά, πλησιάζοντας πολύ τα επαγγελματικά όργανα, χωρίς βέβαια να είναι τέλειο με 1-2 βαθμους αποκλειση καμια φορα..ομως θα σου δείξει σωστα αν οντως εισαι στα φυσιολογικα ορια η οχι (95%-99%)
Ιδανικό για Άσκηση: Όποιος το θέλει για τρέξιμο, γυμναστήριο ή καθημερινή καταγραφή παλμών, θα μείνει απόλυτα ικανοποιημένος. Είναι "εργαλείο" σε αυτά τα λεφτά.
Οθόνη - Φωτεινότητα: Η AMOLED οθόνη του έχει εξαιρετική απόκριση και πλέον διαβάζεται άνετα ακόμα και κάτω από δυνατό ήλιο στην παραλία.
Μπαταρία: Κλασικά "σκυλί" η Xiaomi, βγάζει άνετα 7 ημερες με ανοιχτα πολλα! οπότε ξεχνάς πού έχεις αφήσει τον φορτιστή.

Easy installation, wonderful and very clear screen, many apps that you will find useful and without needing to hold your phone or have it near you. I am completely satisfied with zepp Life for the past 7 years that I have been using it and I do not want to change, given that we are talking about the same company.
b. On mi fitness, my Xiaomi My body Composition 2 scale CANNOT connect, unlike Zepp Life. This means that I will not have my data gathered in one app or I will have to manually update every weighing through other apps.
c. On mi fitness, there is no option to log in via my Facebook account. This forced me to struggle for 2 whole days to manage to register on the new app and I will probably need to have 2 accounts on Xiaomi, which I doubt will work together.
Conclusion: The smart band 10 may be a good device on its own for a user who has no previous experience with Xiaomi bands. But for all of us who have been loyal for so many years to the previous Xiaomi system (huami and Amazfit)... all this is disappointing, sad, and VERY annoying!
If you search, you will find other similar discussions around the world regarding these problems. I am not the only one who is disappointed.
I give one star because there is no zero and I will probably return the band.

α. Με υποχρέωσε να κατεβάσω νέα εφαρμογή (mi fitness) γιατί ΔΕΝ ΜΠΟΡΕΙ να συνδεθεί με το zepp life στο οποίο έχω συνδέσει το smart band 5 και την ζυγαριά my body composition scale 2.
Εγώ από το zepp Life είμαι απόλυτα ικανοποιημένος εδώ και 7 χρόνια που το χρησιμοποιώ και δεν θέλω να αλλάξω δεδομένου ότι μιλάμε για την ίδια εταιρεία.
β. Στο mi fitness ΔΕΝ ΜΠΟΡΕΙ να συνδεθεί η ζυγαριά μου της Xiaomi My body Composition 2, σε αντίθεση με το Zepp Life. Αυτό σημαίνει ότι δεν θα έχω τα data μου μαζεμένα σε μια εφαρμογή ή θα πρέπει να κάνω σε κάθε ζύγιση χειροκίνητη ενημέρωση μέσω άλλων εφαρμογών.
γ. Στο mi fitness δεν υπάρχει επιλογή να συνδεθώ μέσω του λογαριασμού μου στο Facebook. Αυτό με ανάγκασε να παιδευομαι 2: ολόκληρες ημέρες για να καταφέρω να εγγραφώ στην νέα εφαρμογή και πιθανότατα θα χρειαστεί να έχω 2 accounts στην Xiaomi, τα οποία αμφιβάλλω ότι θα συνεργαστούν μεταξύ τους.
Συμπέρασμα: Το smart band 10 μπορεί αυτόνομα να είναι μια καλή συσκευή για κάποιον χρήστη που δεν έχει προηγούμενη εμπειρία με τα bands της Xiaomi. Όμως για εμάς όλους που ήμασταν πιστοί εδώ και τόσα χρόνια στο προηγούμενο σύστημα της Xiaomi (huami και Amazfit).... όλο αυτό είναι απογοητευτικό, στενάχωρο και ΠΑΡΑ ΠΟΛΥ εκνευριστικο!
Αν ψάξετε θα βρείτε κι αλλες παρόμοιες συζητήσεις ανά την υφήλιο σχετικά με αυτά τα προβλήματα. Δεν είμαι ο μόνος που απογοητεύτηκα.
Βάζω ένα αστέρι γιατί δεν έχει μηδέν και πιθανότατα θα το επιστρέψω το band.

Measurement Accuracy: For its price, the heart rate measurements are impressively accurate!! Even with oxygen (SpO2) it does very well, coming very close to professional devices, although of course it is not perfect, sometimes with a 1-2 point deviation.. but it will still show you correctly whether you are actually within normal ranges or not (95%-99%)
Ideal for Exercise: Anyone who wants it for running, the gym, or daily heart rate tracking will be completely satisfied. It is a "tool" at this price.
Display - Brightness: Its AMOLED display has excellent responsiveness and is now easily readable even under strong sunlight at the beach.
Battery: Classic Xiaomi "tank", easily lasts 7 days with many features on! so you forget where you left the charger.
Cons:
Sleep Analysis: Here it performs moderately.
App: Mi Fitness has improved a lot, but it still needs work to become as smooth as the competition.
Strap: The classic silicone strap is okay, but for more intense exercise you may need to get a more stable one.

If you don't want to spend a fortune on a smartwatch and you are mainly interested in fitness and your heart rate, this is the best purchase you can make. Honest, straightforward, and with specs that look at much more expensive models.

Ακρίβεια Μετρήσεων: Για το κόστος του, οι μετρήσεις καρδιακών παλμών είναι εντυπωσιακά σωστές!!. Ακόμα και στο οξυγόνο (SpO2) τα πάει πολύ καλά, πλησιάζοντας πολύ τα επαγγελματικά όργανα, χωρίς βέβαια να είναι τέλειο με 1-2 βαθμους αποκλειση καμια φορα..ομως θα σου δείξει σωστα αν οντως εισαι στα φυσιολογικα ορια η οχι (95%-99%)
Ιδανικό για Άσκηση: Όποιος το θέλει για τρέξιμο, γυμναστήριο ή καθημερινή καταγραφή παλμών, θα μείνει απόλυτα ικανοποιημένος. Είναι "εργαλείο" σε αυτά τα λεφτά.
Οθόνη - Φωτεινότητα: Η AMOLED οθόνη του έχει εξαιρετική απόκριση και πλέον διαβάζεται άνετα ακόμα και κάτω από δυνατό ήλιο στην παραλία.
Μπαταρία: Κλασικά "σκυλί" η Xiaomi, βγάζει άνετα 7 ημερες με ανοιχτα πολλα! οπότε ξεχνάς πού έχεις αφήσει τον φορτιστή.

Ανάλυση Ύπνου: Εδώ τα πάει μέτρια.
Εφαρμογή (App): Το Mi Fitness έχει βελτιωθεί πολυ, αλλά ακόμα θέλει δουλειά για να γίνει τόσο "στρωτό" όσο ο ανταγωνισμός.
Λουράκι: Το κλασικό λουράκι σιλικόνης είναι οκ, αλλά για πιο έντονη άσκηση ίσως χρειαστεί να πάρετε ένα πιο σταθερό.

Αν δεν θέλεις να δώσεις μια περιουσία για smartwatch και σε ενδιαφέρει κυρίως η γυμναστική και οι παλμοί σου, είναι η καλύτερη αγορά που μπορείς να κάνεις. Τίμιο, ειλικρινές και με specs που "κοιτάνε" πολύ ακριβότερα μοντέλα.
I started with the Mi Band 7 and since then I get every next model because they are very convenient for my daily life. This particular one is even better, with a better screen and smoother operation.
I use it all the time for steps, notifications, and sleep and it has never disappointed me. The battery lasts quite a while and the app is easy to use.

Έχω ξεκινήσει από το Mi Band 7 και από τότε παίρνω κάθε επόμενο μοντέλο γιατί με βολεύουν πάρα πολύ στην καθημερινότητα. Το συγκεκριμένο είναι ακόμα καλύτερο, με πιο καλή οθόνη και πιο ομαλή λειτουργία.
Το χρησιμοποιώ συνέχεια για βήματα, ειδοποιήσεις και ύπνο και δεν με έχει απογοητεύσει ποτέ. Η μπαταρία κρατάει αρκετά και η εφαρμογή είναι εύκολη στη χρήση.

Upgrade from the 5, which still works fine but this one is much better in terms of screen etc., its battery with Bluetooth connected to the phone for at least 8 hours a day easily lasts the whole week.

Στα λεφτά του παρα έιναι καλό! Ατελείωτη μπαταρια, με ολους τους αισθητηρες να γραφουν βγαζει 10+ μέρες, δεν μπορει να απαντησεις σε μνματα κλησεις κτλπ αλλα για απλές ειδοποιησεις και να μετρας βηματα υπνο κτλπ ειναι αψογο, οι παλμοι του δεν ειναι 100% σωστοί αλλα οκ whatever +- 5
Super value for money. I had no prior experience and I was very satisfied. Easy installation, wonderful and very clear screen, many apps that you will find useful and without needing to hold your phone or have it near you. There are many positives and I won't tire you with them. However, I will mention some negatives. For me, the rubber strap causes itching and irritation, so I have to take it off from time to time. Also, the strap often comes undone and thirdly, I think the sleep quality tracking is not reliable.

Πολλά τα θετικά του και δεν θα κουράσω με αυτά. Θα αναφέρω όμως και κάποια αρνητικά. Εμένα το καουτσούκ λουράκι του μου προκαλεί φαγούρα και ερεθισμό με αποτέλεσμα να πρέπει να το βγάζω που και που. Επίσης το λουράκι ξεκουμπώνει συχνά και τρίτον η παρακολούθηση της ποιότητας του ύπνου νομίζω δεν είναι αξιόπιστη.
Very good watch, it does its job regarding step counting, heart rate, and sleep quality measurements. It has almost everything at a very affordable price and with a battery that easily lasts 3 weeks.
Πολύ καλό ρολόι, κάνει τη δουλειά του όσον αφορά τις μετρήσεις βημάτων, παλμών, ποιότητας ύπνου. Τα έχει σχεδόν όλα σε πολύ προσιτή τιμή και με μπαταρία που βγάζει άνετα 3 εβδομάδες.
