Cajo from Tenute Ca 'Botta is an impressive Amarone wine, with great complexity, superb concentration, and expression in the glass. The winemaking process includes manual harvesting, partial drying, and aging for at least 24 months in barrels.
The aromatic journey begins with strong and persistent notes of blackberry and cherry, complemented by herbal aromas of pepper, thyme, and rosemary. On the palate, the taste is dense and velvety, with vibrant aromas from the nose marrying tones of honey, dark chocolate, and tobacco. The finish is long, robust, and reminiscent of almond liqueur.
Ideal with juicy meats, intense sauces, stews, and aged cheeses.
