The Vicente Gandia red dry wine, made from Tempranillo and Garnacha, has a clear, bright, tawny-red colour. Its aromas combine dried fruit, liquorice, herbs, cocoa and coffee, while on the palate it is full-bodied with subtle tannins.
It was aged for 36 months in oak barrels, 70% French and 30% American, followed by 5 years in the bottle. It pairs well with red meat, pasta, pizza, cheese and cured meats.
