Chateau d'Esclans, the wine made from Grenache and Rolle (Vermentino), combines the different approaches used to create wines from Provence. Part of the blend was vinified in oak barrels and the remainder in tanks, to preserve the freshness of the fruit. It features a unique crossover of freshness and complexity, offering a full rosé with a smooth and creamy texture.
The salmon pink hue invites you to enjoy primarily floral notes, followed by red berries with hints of vanilla and pear. On the palate, aromas of exotic and fleshy fruits such as peach emerge. Persistent and fresh, it lingers on a slightly oaky tone.
