The study is primarily an attempt at a systematic approach to the epistemological issue concerning the conditions of the formation of the understanding subject as it moves toward the development of valid scientific products.
The motivation for this was a concise thematic section from the comments of the Neoplatonist philosopher Proclus (412-485 AD) on the Platonic dialogue "Alcibiades I." In these comments, Proclus attempts to integrate metaphysics, anthropology, epistemology, ethics, political philosophy, logic, aesthetics, and pedagogy into a unified system.
However, he places primary importance on epistemology. Through the fruitful synthesis of the relevant philosophical tradition, he entrusted his epistemological references with the goal of systematically and with scientific rigor bringing to the forefront a philosophy about the subject.
