They gave me quite a few extra gifts, very useful, totally worth the money. I haven't tried it yet though, but it seems quality

Everything arrived quickly, with lots of little gifts, including a peanut butter-flavored sample, which was excellent.

Very good product, it arrived very well packaged, with lots of samples and a shaker as a gift, which I appreciate. But I would have preferred it to include a scoop as well for added convenience

In the chocolate peanut butter flavor, the latter dominates. I found it far too sweet for the oat milk I usually have. That can, of course, be a plus for protein cakes/pancakes, as no extra sugar is needed. Solubility with an unstirred spoon is satisfactory; for the price, it’s perfectly fine. If they just toned down the sweeteners a little, it would be wonderful.

I disagree with those who say it smells bad: a bowl left overnight smells like dessert after a day.

The best protein!!! Incredible taste, perfect mixability, lots of little gifts from the shop... my congratulations...

I use it as a supplement with oats and cereal for better flavor, and in the evening after my WOD. Works great. Value for money.

The taste is average, not too strong for me; generally easy to digest and doesn’t clump when mixed with water, which is how I tried it... For the price, it’s a decent protein.

Why not 5 stars:
Because this particular flavor, chocolate peanut butter, is awful.
Also, if you leave it in the sink for 2 hours, it stinks as if something has died. For the first few days, I was looking for the “living thing.”
The mixability is average, although that doesn’t particularly bother me, but the biggest reason is that there are no tests from independent labs.
Why not 1 star?
Because taste is subjective; some people may like it, and the ingredients list may indeed be 100% accurate—it’s just that without independent tests, I prefer to go with something that’s been tested. If there are any, I’ll choose it again, in another flavor, of course. I really liked the plain chocolate flavor (it just wasn’t available)

The chocolate didn’t blow me away
Now I’ll try the caramel cookie and report back
Really good value for the money......
The gifts are nice too.....
Updated: I also tried the caramel cookie, and I have to say it’s nothing like the chocolate....
In water, the chocolate was always thicker, dissolved with great difficulty, and was somewhat harder to digest.
The caramel dissolved immediately and is much easier to drink, like water.... The flavor is very mild (better for me) and much easier to digest

Very good protein with good solubility and quite easy to digest! The chocolate flavor I bought was fantastic.
Many congratulations to the company for the quality and for the little gifts they include in every order!

Personally, I consider the chocolate flavor of this particular company to be awful. Nevertheless, the product is not bad, it dissolves easily, is not hard to digest, and is economical. Along with the protein and creatine I ordered, they sent me many samples. In my next purchase, I will simply choose another flavor

My order arrived incredibly quickly, the products were very good and there were quite a few gifts from the store. Simply perfect!! ️

It came with quite a few extras. It dissolves easily. The chocolate flavor also has a slight milky taste.
Update 15-10-2026: After a while, I got used to it, and it seems like the others.

External, easy to pept and very good dissolution. Also they sent me all of these together as a gift.
Thank you very much

For the money, it has no competition. They also make nice gifts with the purchase.

I got the vanilla/caramel and it is amazing, it dissolves very easily and has a very decent taste.

10/10 from me

Excellent solubility, good taste, VFM. It is quite a bit sweeter than I would like; in other preparations such as oat pancakes, it is barely edible.
The granules are a little coarser compared to other companies, and to get the dosage right, it can only be done with a scale; something is off with the scoop.

the product is very good, all the products from this store are worth it, I recommend it for those who want quality and reliability. I thank them for the little gifts they include every time I order a product.

This is the third time I have bought this protein. I tried chocolate/peanut butter and plain chocolate. For those I would give 5 stars, excellent solubility, nice taste (for my taste).
I removed one star because when I tried to order chocolate/peanut butter again it was not available and I chose chocolate/coconut instead. The lack of product availability and options is not a good sign.
This new batch came in a slightly different container (which is of course not a problem) but the scoop is now smaller and to measure the 33 g scoop you have to use a scale. Fortunately, I have kept the previous scoops, which were exactly the 33 g serving.
Finally, the chocolate/coconut is incredibly sweet, to such an annoying degree that I need a glass of water afterward to clear my throat.

I really have no words for how PERFECT this product is, but also for the INCREDIBLE service of this company!!!

Very good protein with very good ingredients and nutrients. Well done to Fire and Spear for sending many free samples!

Very good as a protein, the gifts are also welcome, but it does not dissolve at all (tested in water and milk), at least in the batch I received. This is also the reason why I will not buy it again

It has a nice taste. The scoop, of course, if it’s flat to the top, comes out to 20g for me, not 30g, so with 2 scoops you have about 40g, of which ~33 are protein. However, it’s nice, and it came with quite a few extra gifts which are of course useful and make the purchase an amazing value for money. I think I’ll choose it again!

Edit: Never mind about the scoop, I never get a consistent weight, so I just weigh it every time to have peace of mind

Edit 2: I ran out of the chocolate one and because it wasn’t available, I got Chocolate Peanut Butter. Worse but tolerable taste, however if you don’t wash it immediately, THE WHOLE KITCHEN STINKS AFTERWARDS.
Guys, I left it every day to wash it the next day, and something in the kitchen kept stinking, I was like something died there. One day I had left it closed in the sink, and I open it to wash it and I almost teared up. This specific flavor STINKS IF IT ISN’T WASHED IMMEDIATELY

The solubility in the batch I have with chocolate flavor is excellent in water, milk, and yogurt without lumps!!!

Good protein for the money, in my batch there wasn't good solubility but it also had some little gifts inside

Good taste and quality. The order also included supplements and a protein bar as little gifts. I liked it very much and will definitely order again from the same store.

Unfortunately, it didn’t suit me. With the start of use, I developed severe dryness on my upper lip, which subsided after I stopped using it. It also had poor solubility and left clumps. Personally, I would not choose it again.
I have been involved in fitness, nutrition, and supplements for over 10 years, and I have never experienced anything similar.
