My doctor recommended it to me due to a deficiency shown in my blood tests. From the first capsule, I started having a severe headache that wouldn't go away with any painkiller. After 5 days of continuous use and since I had nothing pathological that could justify the headaches, I stopped it and they immediately ceased. Maybe the 4000iu was too much. I will try the 1000iu to see what happens.

If it doesn't have K2, it does nothing.
So it does nothing.
Not that I saw any difference with a 5000 and K2 that I've been taking for 2-3 months now, but just saying.

I don't know if it is related to taking it systematically during periods when I don't get sunlight, but now I rarely get sick. As a capsule, it is small, it hasn't caused me any problems and it is in oil (it looks like a smaller Omega-3 capsule) for better absorption.
I consider it an excellent choice, regardless of its price, which is lower than many others.

I have been taking this vitamin for years and it definitely works because all the tests I do come out very good. I had been diagnosed with a deficiency and an endocrinologist had recommended vitamin D3 from a Greek company. At some point, I preferred this one from Lamberts because I like its form, which is a small capsule and is swallowed very easily.

I use it in cycles, alternating it with other supplements. Vitamin D (in my case I use 1000 mg twice a week) helps with many functions.

I take D3 due to osteopenia and asthma. I decided to try another company's product because of the low cost, but you get what you pay for. After 1 week of taking it, I started having a cough and pain in my left hip. I didn't understand why, and for 2 months while I was taking this particular vitamin, the pain in my left hip continued and I was using Aerolin. I thought that the only change I made was the brand of D3. I stopped it, went back to Lambert, which is indeed twice the price, but the hip pain stopped, and so did the need for Aerolin.

I believe that it is very effective if I also consider the last osteoporosis test, which was quite good.

It is essential for the prevention of osteoarthritis and is also the enemy of the coronavirus. The 2000 iu was not sufficient.

It does its job, with D3 I take it every day and (in a reasonable period of 1-1.5 years) the prices have leveled out. The pharmacist scared me a bit about the number of cancers that follow due to D3 deficiency. But keep in mind that the whole Mediterranean has the same problem, I would recommend a check and this product does its job.
