This scooter is just what you need for a first scooter. It is neither too fast nor too slow, it has lights, you can fold it so you can carry it more easily, and the fender at the back helps a lot so you don't get wet from water you might accidentally ride through with the scooter

Learn how to change modes and put it straight to Ultra+. All the other modes will make the scooter very slow and useless on Greek roads where we have uphills and need quick acceleration (traffic lights).

On some uphills and for my weight, which is around 100kg, it struggles.

Be careful on sidewalks because the rear mudguard hits when going down.

It is quite heavy, so for frequent transport and lifting, you need to be of the appropriate build (not a bodybuilder, but definitely able to handle lifting).

Definitely, for Greek roads, you want indicators and mirrors, which are not built-in but there are cheap options available.

After 4-5 months of use:
Pros: Comfortable to use, sturdy construction! I have taken it over small potholes and it doesn't feel a thing.
Cons: Its battery lasts for only a few kilometers and that has disappointed me. It doesn't even reach the 25km it claims. It also depends on the Energy recovery intensity. (Low = gentle braking = less consumption, High = sudden braking = higher battery consumption)

I bought 2 in July 2025 for my children, they had to ride them twice in the rain. One of them got water in the battery and was destroyed, which I don't think is justified by the water resistance rating of ipx6. I sent it for repair under warranty but the official repair company does not recognize water damage and gave me a repair cost of €589 while the purchase cost was €270. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!! I spoke with the main Xiaomi representative office in Greece and they told me to send an email so they could forward it to headquarters, I said, aren't you the headquarters? They replied, Yes but we will send it to headquarters in CHINA!!!!!!!!! TRAGIC!!!!!!!

Very good but the safety latch that holds the folding handlebar should secure better in case it comes loose, because if it does, there could be a serious injury

used 2 month all good but Charging time is problematic, it takes two and a half hours to charge the first 1 poin

Very good and reliable scooter. I have done 1000 kilometers and everything is fine. It easily gives more than 40 kilometers of range. I unlocked it via a computer to which I connected it with a gadget I got through eBay and now it goes 35 kilometers.

This electric scooter does not have a good battery, it has good wheels, it does not go uphill well and the scooter is not so good for rides. I would suggest you get another electric scooter.

I bought it and I am in the first week of using it. I have to say the following. The construction is very strong, I have no complaints, all the materials are sturdy. What I would like a bit better is its power on inclines. On simple inclines you have to help it with your foot, and on steeper ones you have to walk it. Overall though, it is very good for flat areas and cities. Now, for long-term use, time will tell. So far, I find it very reliable and easy to drive. In summary, it is a good choice, I do not regret it, but I would like a bit better performance on inclines

A big downside is that it doesn't have a flash; apart from that, this scooter is of ok quality but it's not like the photo, I repeat

Awesome, you won't regret it. If you are 100 to 110 (kg), it will struggle on steep hills. On flat ground, it won't notice anything. Very easy to carry, its lights are incredible, the battery is worth every penny. Even a 10-year-old can ride it comfortably.

It is a value for money scooter. It reaches 20 kilometers and with daily use its battery lasts 4-5 days (for extremely long distances, less). The only negatives are that it doesn't reach high speed on uphills, that is, it's about 10 km, and moving it when it's folded is somewhat difficult because it's heavy.

Very good scooter, it reaches the 25 km/h top speed stated even with a load of 100 kg or even on a slight uphill with a weight of 70 kg (which is my weight), on most uphills it goes up to 20 km/h on a relatively steep uphill. The only negative is the range, which is stated as 35 kilometers, something that is not true in sport mode and on uphills, it may reach even 25 km

It states in the post/ad that it is 15kg! But as shown in the photo, it is 21kg! This makes transportation difficult!!
It says solid tires but in the end, they have a valve!!
Let me add that it even mentions in the ad description that it has a seat, but it doesn't!!

I like the construction but I have one more, I've had it for 14 days and suddenly it stopped charging, it just stays the same and the battery doesn't increase

I have had the scooter for almost 2 months now, I know it’s not a long time but I have a little experience more or less… I bought this particular scooter because I wanted to move easily over short distances, like the place where I work which is about 15 minutes on foot and with the scooter I do it in 4-5 minutes. Its construction is impeccable. Very sturdy frame but at the same time very easy to carry when I’m not using it. I am very satisfied!!! The only thing that disappoints me is its battery life, it is quite average. Otherwise, I highly recommend it to anyone who wants it for short distances.

Very good and reliable, if I were to buy now again I might get the bigger model with the suspensions because it is needed on rough roads for example, but otherwise it is very good both in quality and battery durability.

Very good scooter, I have had it for about a week and I use it a lot in the city. Uphill and downhill are ok, only on very steep inclines does it struggle a bit. I would also like to mention that because it doesn't have suspension, the screws on the handlebar loosen if you are on bad road surfaces, but even so, you don't face any problem while driving, you don't notice that it doesn't have it. Its power is very good, its brakes are very good and on the downhill they work very well, the automatic stop it has when you release the throttle also helps. The battery will show in the future how long it lasts. So far, ok.

One week after the warranty expired (two years), it turned off and never turned on again. €1,100 for two years…

Excellent scooter, a lifesaver for short trips, overall I have covered 1,100 kilometers in 8 months. The rear tire got punctured (I ran over a nail) and it was repaired with a string (!!) easily. Minus one star because you feel the potholes even though the tires are 10-inch and air-filled. For Greek roads, shock absorbers are needed.

Quite stable and with large wheels and air tires. I would like it to be more powerful uphill and the brake more effective. I am returning to my comment to tell you that today, 27/11/2025, and after 7 months of very light use (4km daily), I am returning the scooter to the store where I bought it because 1) it does not charge and 2) it turns on and off by itself.

I am 125 kilos and its range is not even 7-10 kilometers, but I am very satisfied. It is very well built, I highly recommend it

The whole scooter is very nice as a construction in general, the brakes, the color are perfect. The only negative is that the battery doesn't last for a long time, about 3 hours

2 years later, 2-3 discharges per week, it does 12 good kilometers since new, 6 downhill and 6 uphill - sport mode.. When the battery is fully charged it brakes abruptly, after about 2 kilometers it brakes normally. With inflated tires 70kg - 25km/h on straights, 30-32 downhill, 18-20 uphill, the 4 screws on the handlebar keep loosening even with lock, the front wheel vibrates, the tire has never burst but it needs air from time to time, it is 19 kilos.

Guys, the scooter is excellent in terms of power and autonomy, but there is a big problem with the Xiaomi app. It has been locked twice in 10 months while it connected normally via Bluetooth; it could never disconnect. As a result, you are left without a vehicle out of the blue when you try to leave and have to take it to the dealership to reset it. It is unacceptable. Tragic... its suspensions are relatively good, but the rear fender came off due to vibrations after 4 months, and the front one completely fell off in the first month, no exaggeration. I don't know if I have removed the lights or not regarding the last point, but the problem with locking/unlocking using Bluetooth is crucial. I personally will not choose Xiaomi again having this in mind

35km autonomy at the lowest speed, but in S it gives about 20km. Overall very durable

As a former owner of the Xiaomi Pro 2, I found my health. No creaks or anything. The scooter has incredible suspension without exaggeration, as I have checked other suspensions from competitors at the same price or even higher, and they couldn't compare at all. Very good acceleration, especially in S+, it easily lifts a wheel, and the range is excellent, only in winter, like any electric vehicle, etc., it decreases to around 30-35 km. The app is very good; it records the kilometers and the time you used it. The negatives are that you can't easily find spare parts for this scooter, so you need to be quite careful. Also, I would prefer the front light to be higher to illuminate the road better for the comfort and convenience of the rider, and the rear fender shouldn't be so low that it gets caught every now and then when you go down a sidewalk or do a small wheelie.
