The red dry Reserve Xinomavro wine from the Amyntaio Agricultural Cooperative is made from 100% Xinomavro grapes grown in selected high-altitude vineyards in the Amyntaio zone, with vines over 50 years old. Winemaking includes pre-fermentation cold maceration of the grape must, followed by slow, controlled alcoholic fermentation.

It matures for at least one year in oak barrels and then spends a further 12 months in the bottle. It pairs well with red meat, pasta, pizza, cheese and cured meats.
