Description

Single-variety wine from Liatiko. The sun-drying of the grapes for 6-8 days and the aging of the wine for 15 months in American and French barrels give it a full flavor with characteristic aromas of raisin and vanilla, followed by aromas of caramel and chocolate. The sugars are in perfect balance with the acidity for a pleasant finish with a long aftertaste.

Winemaking

Spreading of grapes for 4-5 days in the shade. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Followed by aging in French oak barrels for a period of over 5 years. Natural cork stopper.
