Winemaking

With low yield per hectare and special attention to the ripening of the grapes, the Naked King is a wine of great concentration, which requires the ideal moment of harvest. Thanks to the extended extraction, but also due to its stay in French oak barrels, it carries secondary aromas.

Aromas

Aromatically, it gathers elements from dried fruits as well as black forest fruits. In taste, it is rich, full, and balanced. It offers a wide palette of interesting textures, mainly expressed through intensity, velvety yet robust tannins, and well-integrated alcohol.

Pairings

The wine's full-bodied character seeks out rich textures, meats or fish sometimes prepared with smoky techniques. For more special occasions, osso buco, foie gras with red fruits, fatty and crispy sea bass, umami flavors, cigars, and dark chocolate with dried fruits will elevate the tasting experience.
