Nico Lazaridi Château is a dry white wine made from Sauvignon Blanc, Muscat of Alexandria and Ugni Blanc. It has a bright colour with greenish-yellow highlights, subtle aromas of summer fruits with white flesh, and a pronounced, evolving acidity. The label features a painting by Giannis Nikou, depicting liberation through dance and wine.
The grapes come from vineyards in Pigadia, Agora and Adriani, on gently sloping terrain with a north–south orientation, at an altitude of 250 m. Harvest takes place in September, and the white winemaking process includes cold maceration at 12–15°C for 10 hours. Serve chilled at 8–10°C. Pairs with shellfish, white meats and fish.
