Description & Specifications

The Pascal Jolivet winery is one of the newest and most dynamic in the Loire Valley. It specializes in Sancerre and Pouilly Fume wines. P. Jolivet believes in letting nature make the wine. His wines showcase their advantages in stainless steel tanks due to the process of natural fermentation.

This winery's Sancerre is unique and elegant, with perfect balance in its taste, combining dry, fruity, and mineral elements. It has crisp acidity and a bright citrus aroma. This cuvée is a blend from three different soil types in four different villages, with the majority sourced from limestone sites, offering minerality and finesse to the wine.

Pairs well with:

  • Shellfish
  • Raw and cooked fish
  • Salads
  • Poultry

Serving temperature: 10°C.
