It's non-pressurized and you do need a grinder! I bought a good affordable hand grinder like the KinGrinder K4/K6 which works well with espresso!
Στην πρώτη ερώτηση η απάντηση είναι ναι. Στην δεύτερη ερώτηση η σύντομη απάντηση είναι ναι, για να μην παιδεύεσαι. Διαφορετικά μπορείς να παίρνεις μικρές ποσότητες σε διαφορά κοψίματα μέχρι να βρεις το ιδανικό.(Για τον συγκεκριμένο καφέ πάντα.) Ακόμα κι έτσι ανάλογα την παρτίδα του καφέ θα έχεις διαφοροποιήσεις. Οπότε μύλος,ζυγαρια και πειραματισμός για να πάρεις το ιδανικό αποτέλεσμα της μηχανής σου.
