The Dropalo dry white wine from 80 Winery blends Malagousia and Assyrtiko. It has a pale yellow color with green highlights and a herbal, floral character, with aromas of sage, jasmine and chamomile against a citrus backdrop, along with notes of unripe peach. Full-bodied on the palate, its acidity lends freshness, complemented by aromas of lemon and grapefruit.

Winemaking involves pre-fermentation maceration of the grapes and alcoholic fermentation at a low temperature. After blending, the wine ages on its lees for 20 days, with regular stirring. It pairs well with salads dressed with citrus sauces, pasta with white sauces or basil pesto, white meats, seafood, vegetable pies and Asian cuisine.
