Vinification: Classic red vinification using selected yeast strains with a maceration of approximately 17 days. The wine matures in oak barrels for 12 months and then continues aging in bottles.

Tasting Characteristics: In the glass, it has a deep red color with violet reflections. Medium intensity bouquet reminiscent of red fruits (currant) in harmony with violet and hints of green pepper. Its maturation in oak barrels imparts a vanilla aroma. Balanced with flexible tannins and a subtle mouth aroma.

Serving Recommendations: 16°C – 18°C accompanied by stewed red meats, mushroom risotto, game, and yellow cheeses.
