Premium Selection

A single varietal extra virgin olive oil of the Makri variety, harvested in early November from selected medium-ripened fruits with very low acidity. It is processed within 4-8 hours of collection under excellent milling conditions and cold extraction.

Characterized by a medium intensity fruitiness with notes of red fruits, vanilla, artichoke, and tomato leaves, with balanced hints of bitterness and spiciness. It is recommended to be consumed raw. A fresh olive oil to accompany all your dishes.
