'Les Griffons de Pichon Baron' is the second label of one of the most significant estates in Bordeaux, Chateau Pichon Baron. Chateau Pichon Baron is classified as a 2nd Grand Cru Classe in the 1855 classification and is one of the most historical vineyards in Bordeaux.
The estate was founded in the late 17th century and celebrates a rich history. In 1850, the property was divided and the part belonging to Baron Raoul Pichon de Longueville became the Pichon Baron estate.
Since 1987, this historic Chateau has belonged to AXA Millesimes, aiming to regain the splendor of the past. It is one of the best and most recognizable Pauillac, known for its elegant bottle and finesse.
This wine is suitable for enjoyment or for storing and savoring after many years, as it allows for long-term aging.
