- Appearance: It will impress you with its deep ruby color and violet highlights.
- Nose: On the nose, it is a typical Xinomavro, as beyond the aromatic characteristics of red fruits such as strawberry, raspberry, red cherry, and red currant, aromas of tomato and red pepper are distinguished. Quite complex, floral, and herbal, with prominent aromas of violet, lavender, black tea, and marjoram, as well as aromas acquired from its time in the barrel, such as vanilla and cinnamon, and cocoa that it gains with aging.
- Palate: On the palate, it is full-bodied, with a rich mouthfeel, ripe tannins, and high acidity, flavors of red fruits, tomato, and quite a herbal sensation combined with flavors reminiscent of vanilla and cinnamon.
