Troupis Route Gris is a dry white wine made from Moschofilero grapes grown in the Katarachi area at an altitude of 640 meters. Part of the wine ferments in stainless steel tanks, while the rest ferments in old acacia and oak barrels. It then ages for a few months in concrete tanks and is bottled unfiltered. It can continue to develop in the bottle for several years.
