  • Excellent complex and refined black muscat! But I don't understand why many liquor stores sell it for gold?? In very few stores, I found it for 14 to 15 euros; all the others selling it for 20 to 25 euros are fooling us! It requires attention! Price gouging!

Description & Specifications

The red dry wine Laura Nobile by Achaia Winery is made from 100% Mavrodaphne grapes grown in a selected vineyard in Salmeniko, Aigio, at an altitude of 450 m. Its lively acidity, depth of fruit and velvety tannins create a layered wine with PGI Slopes of Aigialeia designation.

After destemming, the grape must is transferred to the fermentation vessel and fermentation begins spontaneously, without inoculation, at 22–23 °C. This is followed by malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks and 15 months of aging in second-use barrels made of 70% American and 30% French oak. The wine is bottled unfiltered.
