The red dry wine of the Holy Monastery of Hilandar is made from Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. It has a deep purple color with violet highlights and rich aromas of black fruit, licorice, leather and cassis, while its tannins lead to a long finish. It is aged for 12 months in French oak demi-muids, 12 months in 225 L oak barrels and 12 months in the bottle.
