Yes, it is good. I don't know if you can run with this. I did use it in sneakers and it fit fine but also raised by foot a bit. I'm not sure how it would affect running. As for the size, I wear 40.5 and got a Large. I think a L for 38 would be fine.

Το πιο παχύ σημείο είναι το "μαξιλαράκι" στη φτέρνα και δείχνει να είναι κάπου μισο εκατοστό. Αλλά ο πάτος αγκαλιάζει γύρω γύρω τη φτέρνα οπότε έχει κάπως ύψος στα πλάγια (περίπου 1.5 εκατοστό).
