    Truly a unique wine. It's worth the effort to place it side by side with a simple Thalassitis to see the differences in aging on the seabed compared to a fresh wine. Different color, closer to gold, different body, different palate, and obviously different nose. The combined tasting experience between the aged and simple Thalassitis is truly magical.
