Description

Rosé, semi-dry wine with a varietal composition of Merlot and Muscat of Alexandria, from the region of Kavala in Macedonia. The strict selection of grapes and their vinification created this aromatic wine, with dominant aromas of forest fruits, caramel, and citrus peel. 

On the palate, the sweetness balances with the acidity, the fruits take on a more mature form reminiscent of jams, while the aftertaste is pleasant and spicy. It pairs well with all red meats and also complements spicy cheeses very pleasantly. Ideally served at 8-10°C.
