Description

Description

White wine from late harvest grapes and low yield per hectare. Fermentation takes place with the skins in open tanks and the wine remains with the fine lees for 10 months. Then, 50% ages in oak barrels for 5 months.

In appearance, we distinguish a straw-yellow color, while on the nose we encounter citrus aromas, with those of roasted nuts and noticeable minerality and a full mouth with fruit and high acidity. The aftertaste is long-lasting. It pairs well with fatty fish, poultry dishes, and other white meats. It can be consumed immediately or aged for the next 3-4 years.

  • Indifferent and flat without any particular intensity. It did not highlight either the Assyrtiko or the barrel. In no case is it worth its money.

  • Excellent white. Harmonious, balanced, you don't forget it for any reason. One of my favorites. I wish we could find it in more cellars!
