Kanakaris Winery’s dry white Malagousia wine comes from mountain vineyards on the slopes of Aigialeia, at an altitude of 1,000 m. Winemaking involves leaving the grape skins in contact with the juice for 36 hours at very low temperatures and making use of the fine lees.
Its aroma combines herbs from the Greek countryside with citrus and exotic fruits. On the palate, it is full-bodied and complex, with refreshing acidity. It pairs with fish, white meats, poultry, pasta with white sauces, pizza, cheeses and cured meats, and can also be served as an aperitif.
