4th Dimension red dry wine from Stelios Kechris Winery is a blend of Xinomavro, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon from selected barrels, expressing the terroir of Goumenissa. It has a deep purple colour with violet highlights and aromas of ripe forest fruits, tomato, green pepper and dried plum, with notes of caramel and spices. Full-bodied on the palate, with red fruit jam and rich tannins, it finishes long and spicy.

Pairs well with red meats, game, grilled meats with spicy red sauces, beef fillet, meat pies, pasta, pizza, cured meats, peppery hard and smoked cheeses, as well as dark chocolate desserts.
