High-durability professional cooking pan with a non-stick coating on the inside, suitable for all stovetops except induction. Made in Italy.

General usage/maintenance instructions:

• Before first use, remove all labels and stickers. Clean it with water and soap, boil a small amount of water, let it cool, and dry it thoroughly.
• Coat the non-stick surface with olive oil and lightly wipe it.
• The use of "spray oil" is not recommended. The thin layer created can burn at a low temperature and destroy the non-stick properties.
• Select the correct stovetop size that is closest to the diameter of the cookware and center the cookware over the heat source.
• Use the cookware on low or medium heat, not exceeding 280° C.
• Avoid grilling fatty foods until they burn or blacken.
• Do not use sharp cooking tools and do not cut inside the cookware. Use wooden, plastic, or silicone utensils.
• Store the cookware carefully to keep the internal non-stick coating intact.
• Cookware with plastic handles should not be used in the oven.
• Clean the cookware by hand with a sponge and liquid dish detergent.
• Avoid abrasive and corrosive cleaning products.
• You must keep the cookware away from children during use.
• Allow the cookware to cool before cleaning it.
