Boutari Vinsanto Aidani is a sweet red wine from Santorini. The “sun-drying” of the grapes and their long ageing in barrels contribute to its distinctive orange-golden colour. Its intense, complex aromas evoke honey, raisins and spices, with ageing notes taking centre stage.

It pairs well with fruit, tarts, ice cream, desserts and sweet appetisers, such as dried figs with Vinsanto sauce, egg kalamarakia, foie gras, baklava and crème brûlée. It also goes well with strong cheeses, such as Roquefort and Cheddar. Serve well chilled at 6–8 °C.
