It helped with my dry skin, HOWEVER, it is wrong to expect a shampoo to work like medicine! I combined it with the medicinal (not just from the pharmacy) neoegmol and saw miracles on the second wash... also for the oiliness... we make the mistake of touching the roots with our hands when rinsing the mask, that's why the hair gets oily.

Unfortunately, it is not suitable for dry skin as it worsens the condition. However, it leaves the hair shiny by removing oiliness and has a nice scent.

Not effective at all for dry skin. I bought it thinking that a company like Kerastase would deliver on its promises, but I was disappointed...

I, who have very oily hair and very few shampoos suit me well, used this for a year because it cleaned my hair very well and made it shiny too, but it did absolutely nothing for my dry scalp from the beginning until the condition worsened and I completely stopped using it. From this company and at this price, I expected much more!

For the reason I bought it, itching, dryness on the back of my head, it did absolutely nothing. I can say that I wasted time and my problem was maximized until I switched to the next shampoo.

I buy it because it immediately soothes itching and dryness, but it also smooths and gives great volume to the hair.

The only shampoo that worked for dry skin after many trials with various products and from the very first wash. It requires a very small amount (for short hair), its scent is okay (reminds me a little of dish soap!) Recommended for daily use, which is not recommended for most similar products

Very good professional product, it does a great job on the hair and you won't find it on the shelves of supermarkets but also in beauty stores, you will only find it in hair salons and stores with hair salons already.

It worked for me with dry skin, but firstly it requires a large quantity for washing due to the fact that it does not contain SLS, and secondly, although it is for mixed hair (normal to oily), it oils very quickly (in less than 24 hours). Finally, it makes the ends rough, so it definitely needs a mask afterwards.

I had much higher expectations from Kerastase. It leaves the hair very dry, I saw a moderate difference in frizz, and the ratio of product quantity to price is disproportionate. The only maybe positive thing about it is its wonderful scent, but there are plenty of other shampoos that have a wonderful scent and are much more affordable. I would not recommend it.

Disappointed with Kerastase.... It did not eliminate the dryness and even though I personally have normal hair (can easily go 3 days between washes), with this product my hair felt heavy and in need of washing again after just 2 days. The scent was very nice but it only lasted while I was washing, it didn't hold on dry hair.

I had bought this shampoo as a trial. Because quite often, after hair dyeing (blonde hair towards ash blonde...), some people may have experienced an intense redness on the scalp, as well as "opening up" in some areas, leaving small wounds that eventually heal and require a touch-up dye. As a fan of Kerastase, I thought I wouldn't try this one. But if it does even a few of the things it promises, I will calm down a bit. Well, apart from being a pretty good shampoo, it leaves the hair soft, has a subtle scent, and is reasonably priced. Moreover, it truly soothes the scalp. I have much less irritation after dyeing, minimal redness, and the wounds are somewhat smaller and less exposed. I am writing this in detail because I was really skeptical, but in the end, I use it immediately after dyeing and for about a week after. Always for the first two washes, and then, if needed, I may use another shampoo for the third wash, depending on the situation

It is the best non-medicated shampoo I have used so far. It requires very little quantity (about the size of a hazelnut), creates a rich lather, and leaves a feeling of cleanliness in the hair. After 5-6 washes, the dandruff flakes almost disappeared and the itching was significantly reduced. However, the use of conditioner is necessary as I noticed that the hair is slightly more unruly.

The 1 bottle arrived to me barely 5 times and I didn't see any remarkable difference. My hair needs hydration and I don't think it provided it to me. The quantity is too small for long hair.
