It describes each technique and summarizes the terminology in an ideal way. The photos are very good. If it were also available in epub, it would be perfect! Περιγράφει κάθε τεχνική και συνοψίζει τις ορολογίες με ιδανικό τρόπο. Οι φωτογραφίες πολύ καλές. Αν έβγαινε και σε epub θα ήταν τέλειο! Σίγουρα βιβλίο που χρειάζεται οποιοσδήποτε ασχολείται με τζούντο.
