So I bought it initially because I liked the smell and since I have been using Garnier's macadamia hair food for a long time, I thought it would be fine. But it turned out it wasn't, I used it 2 or 3 times and it caused me terrible hair loss, to the point where I had to see a doctor. At first, I didn't think it was the cause because it left my hair very soft, but in the end, I realized it when I used my old one and the hair loss suddenly disappeared. Just tragic, don't even buy it.

I looked at the packaging and indeed it said NEO on it, so I stopped using it just to see if the same thing would happen with other shampoos. However, two weeks after I started using other products, the hair loss stopped, even though it became a bit wild or dry. The important thing is that it wasn't falling out. The company seriously needs to address this, even if we are a few people who "suffered" because of its use.

Κι άλλοι είχαν το ίδιο πρόβλημα με πτώση των μαλλιών και ρωτούσαν γιατί άλλαξε η σύσταση. Κοίταξα τη συσκευασία και όντως έγραφε NEO πάνω, οπότε σταμάτησα τη χρήση του μόνο και μόνο για να δω αν θα μου συνέβαινε το ίδιο και με άλλα σαμπουάν. Όμως δύο εβδομάδες μετα που λουζομουν με άλλα σκευάσματα σταμάτησε η πτώση κι ας αγριεψαν λίγο ή ξεράθηκαν. Σημασία έχει ότι δεν έπεφταν. Πρέπει σοβαρά να το δει η εταιρία αυτό κι ας είμαστε ελάχιστοι οι άνθρωποι που "την πάθαμε" λόγω της χρήσης του.
With this shampoo, my hair grew longer than ever. It leaves them moisturized and with a lot of volume. I loved it especially because it didn't make my hair oily at all when I used it. After a month of use, I already felt my hair much stronger and resistant.
UPDATE: They changed the formula (since they also changed the packaging) and it has nothing to do with before. It doesn't clean the hair like before and when I come out of the bathroom, I feel the roots oily. Very disappointing.
Με αυτό το σαμπουάν μακρυναν τα μαλλιά μου όσο ποτέ. Τα αφήνει ενυδατωμενα και με πολύ όγκο. Το αγάπησα ιδιαίτερα γιατί δεν λαδωναν καθόλου τα μαλλιά μου όταν το χρησιμοποιούσα . Μετά από έναν μήνα χρήσης είδη ένιωθα τα μαλλιά μου πολύ πιο δυνατά και ανθεκτικά.
UPDATE: Αλλάξανε την σύσταση (από τότε που αλλάξανε και την συσκευασία) και δεν έχει καμία σχέση με πριν. Δεν καθαρίζει τα μαλλιά όπως πριν και όταν βγαίνω από το μπάνιο νιώθω την ρίζα σαν λαδωνενη. Πολύ κρίμα.
I love this series because all the shampoos smell amazing and leave the hair soft and shiny. The only downside is that in my case, I don't feel like it cleans them as well, so I need to wash them more frequently.
Λατρευω αυτη τη σειρα γιατι ολα τα σαμπουαν μυριζουν υπεροχα και αφηνουν τα μαλλια απαλα και λαμπερα. Το μονο κακο ειναι οτι στα δικα μου δεν νιωθω οτι τα καθαριζει τοσο καλα οποτε θελω πιο συχνο λουσιμο.
