How did we go from the closed circle of collaborators of Bin Laden and Al Qaeda to the tens of thousands of "foreign" fighters of ISIS? Are Europeans who leave their homes and families to join the ranks of terrorists in Syria and Iraq unintegrated and socially excluded? Did the failure of multiculturalism create Islamic fundamentalism? Will the creation of a mosque in Greece attract massive waves of Islamist terrorists? Do Greece's traditional relations with Arab countries protect us from a potential ISIS attack? Does ISIS intend to expand the "Caliphate" to Greece? Are refugees terrorists? These are some of the questions that the book "Kill Me, My Love, So I May Sanctify" attempts to answer or even deconstruct.
“Without any intention of exaggeration, this brief volume regarding the phenomenon of the Islamic State (IS) and its implications for European Security and Greece represents a truly valuable contribution to understanding one of the strongest and most dangerous challenges facing Europe in general and Greece in particular.” (From the foreword by P.K. Ioakeimidis)
