    Very good!!
    So far, I have grilled beef steaks, pork chops, burgers, Florina peppers, and sausages! Everything, apart from being grilled fantastically and evenly, takes much less time than another non-stick pan I have (not a grill pan) and with less intensity on the burner of the electric ceramic stove!! The grilled items do not stick, except for the Florina peppers, which left a few residues from their outer skin, but it cleaned easily without much effort. The temperature from the burner transfers immediately and evenly across the entire pan, grilling the meats throughout the pan and not just in the spots that touch the burner, maintaining the same temperature across the entire bottom of the pan.
    11/16/2024: I tried grilling chestnuts. I was amazed; I didn't expect them to be grilled in such a way. The smell and the grilling with the taste reminded me of the chestnuts you get from a professional cast iron pan!! And grilling, not of patience!!
