οπως και να ειναι, αμα θες να το κοψεις, θα το κοψεις. παντως η δοση τοση πρεπει να ειναι. δηλ το ελαχιστο 180 μg δηλ πανω απο 200% της ημερήσιας δοσης λενε προσφατες ερευνες. δεν εχει τυχαία μεσα τοσα μg k2
