I ordered 4 boxes of dye and all 4 tubes were open and had less dye; it wasn’t even enough for half a head, shame!!!!!

I have been using Garnier permanent hair dyes for years, I just started going to a hair salon and after several months without using Garnier dye, I bought two packages and applied them on Friday, 6/1/2023. I added a bottle of developer because I had a bad reaction to a different brand of dye at the salon and any dye I used caused irritation. I want to believe that even if I had only used one bottle of dye with the developer, it wouldn't have bothered me again. It only irritated my eyebrows, to be honest, and I removed it after 1-2 minutes, I couldn't handle it any longer. Have a nice day.

Before using it, I already had light brown hair (dyed) that ended up with this specific dye being dark brown, if not even black. I wish I had read reviews earlier...
Seriously, do not buy it, very disappointing and nothing like the images on the box (here I thought they had mixed up the tubes, but no...)

FAR AWAY!!!! My hair turned copper-red. They were already dyed blonde and I decided to lighten them a bit, but in the end, everything turned out terrible

I have been using it for many years... It used to be a great dye.. This year is the first time I said I won't dye my hair again.. Because the dye irritated me so much that I got scared. With each dyeing, it loses one star from the rating. The previous one burned my hair, the last time my roots came out coppery!! It had never happened before. The result was as if it was the first dye. Now I don't know which dye to trust.

I bought size 5, which in other brands I used always resulted in the expected light brown color. I bought the Garnier one and my roots turned red-copper!! It didn't even cover the white hairs for fun and also caused itching and dryness!

While I did the allergy test 2 days before without any problem, when I finally applied the dye on the same day, my head was filled with pimples that lasted for 10 days until they completely disappeared. I thought I would lose all my hair. The color and coverage may have been perfect, but I don't risk buying it again.

Terrible black (in this case, copper and red!) My roots turned red and copper in different areas. Itchy scalp and burning sensation. Awful smell

If I could, I would give it zero stars. I am glad that it covers most of the whites, but the packaging clearly states that you will see a change if you have brown hair or at least it will lighten it. It made my already brown hair darker. If you have brown hair, do not buy it.

It covers the whites perfectly. It doesn't cause irritation or itching. The color lasts and the coverage of the whites simply opens quickly with washing. Also, the dye moisturizes the hair and makes it smooth and soft. Now I only buy this one.

As soon as I put it on my hair, I started feeling a strong burning sensation on my scalp. I endured it for 5 minutes and quickly rinsed it off. How I will wake up is unknown! I have already taken an antihistamine and I am waiting for morning.

I got it to dye my roots, which turned out orange, something that other bleaches haven't done to me. And after the second wash, it had completely disappeared from my hair. DO NOT GET IT, IT'S A WASTE OF MONEY.

Excellent dye!!! Perfect results in achieving the desired color, long-lasting, vibrant color and very soft hair! I dye them myself easily, quickly, and with wonderful results!!!
