Seawater solution in spray for decongestion and nasal hygiene.

Usage

1 to 2 sprays per nostril, 1 to 3 times a day as needed.

  • Position your head sideways and gently insert the tip of the nozzle into the upper nostril.
  • Spray and repeat the process in the other nostril.
  • Keep your head straight and allow the mucus to drain, then wipe away any excess fluid or blow your nose.
  • Wash the tip with warm soapy water after each use.
  • Rinse and wipe off.
  • Read the instructions carefully before use.

    Indifferent. Not this specific product, but all isotonic ones. I don't think anyone has a reason to get a light formulation. Personally, I decided to try it to see if there was any difference, but there isn't... It's very light and someone would probably use it more for maintenance rather than as a formulation to see any improvement.

    In any case, my suggestion is to prefer hypertonic ones as they are stronger and you might notice some difference compared to isotonic ones that won't help you much.
